In Kaizen, we use to do MMA sparring with boxing gloves, but that is not an ideal solution because boxing gloves limit grips and holds. Up until now there were no MMA sparring gloves that would meet the criteria of boxing gloves safety, and gripping potential of MMA gloves. That’s why we decided to design them and the result is the best of both worlds – softness and protection of boxing gloves combined with gripping ability.
